Artworks in every room; paintings, sketches, objects. Well-balanced contrasts of light and dark, old and new; antique furniture and modern fabrics, filigree place settings on furrowed tables. A library sorted by colors and a giant blue sofa; immersed for hours at a time in words and stories. Raising the piano lid and playing those first chords with closed eyes. Realms of memory are awoken and mingle with fragrances wafting from the nearby kitchen.

Type of Hotel
Country hotel with art and culture
on the shore of Goldegger See
A unique hotel, just a few steps from a moorland lake. Decorated with design classics and works by contemporary artists, each of the 25 rooms and suites is a world of discovery unto itself. The same applies to the ‘Blue Salon’, the extensive house library. The bread is pulled out of a wood oven, while two-toque Restaurant ‘HECHT’ cooks primarily with ingredients that are either home-produced or from the immediate region.
