The concept of Curated Gastronomy involves selecting from a thoughtfully crafted à la carte menu—enjoying as much or as little as you desire. Executive Chef Stephan Zippl draws inspiration from the finest regional ingredients to create dishes that captivate through their flavors, textures, and sensory appeal. His compositions are characterized by four elements: sweet, sour, spicy, and crispy, reflecting his culinary philosophy. Each dish from the Re:vier kitchen embodies the local region and brings together those four components for a truly delightful culinary experience.

Whenever you find yourself in Oberbozen, a visit to the Earth Pyramids is an absolute must. At the end of a fabulous stroll, you will be greeted by this impressive natural spectacle.
