The impressively stocked castle wine cellar is the pride and joy of owner Fritz Dellago. Housed in a former bunker, remarkable in its own right, the cellar not only contains exquisite vintages from the estate's own castle winery but also offers a comprehensive selection of wines from various renowned South Tyrolean vintners. Winemaker Fritz Dellago has a passion for diversity, and he is fascinated by each wine that unfolds its character true to its variety.

What are the restaurant's opening hours?
The à la carte restaurant is open daily from 12 PM to 2 PM and from 7 PM to 9 PM during the hotel's months of operation (April to mid-November). Between 1 PM and 4 PM, dishes from a smaller afternoon menu are available.

Can non-hotel guests come for breakfast?
Absolutely! The gourmet breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Reservations are requested.

Where is the Burgschenke located?
The Burgschenke is located in Boymont Castle, perched on a hill above Schloss Hotel Korb. The castle was built around 1230, and today its tavern welcomes you from Easter to early November, daily (except Mondays) from 10 AM to 6 PM, with a selection of freshly prepared dishes.
