Own herb garden at Stiegl-Brauwelt

In crafting their culinary masterpieces, head chefs Michael Schöbel and Alexander Roth prioritize fresh, seasonal, and local produce. Many of the ingredients are actually sourced from Stiegl-Brauwelt’s own garden, with premium items such as Pinzgau beef coming directly from their organic farm at Stiegl-Gut Wildshut. Everything that sprouts and flourishes in their garden is planted and nurtured with immense care. It is a place where crisp leafy greens, seasonal vegetables, and fresh, aromatic herbs grow, either enhancing dishes with unique flavors or being transformed into exquisite herbal oils.

Culinary delights from the own garden

Various fruits are used to craft homemade lemonades and jams, adding a special touch to desserts and warm pastries. Sorbets flavored with lemon verbena or cocktails made with fresh mint are guaranteed to delight the palate. Driven by the desire to continuously pamper their guests with new delicacies, the two culinary wizards are always experimenting with what else might be grown in their garden. This commitment to product excellence also contributes to environmental sustainability by reducing the need for deliveries – a win-win for Mother Nature!
